Our History
Founded in 1996, Quality Brand Printing and our sister company, Quality Brand Office Supplies serves the Greater Pittsburgh area.
Our retail and shop location includes a US Post Office Branch inside the store.
A warehouse and distribution center, built in 2000, stocks customer print inventory and ofiice supplies. Your invited to a virtual tour.
Over the years, we have responded to customer needs by adding to our core operations. We provide products and services in three primary areas:
- Printed products produced on our offset presses, color and/or black and white copiers.
- Office supplies, including everything for the office. From pens to janitorial supplies (toilet paper), Quality Brand has over 40,000 items in our warehouse. Order on-line, in-store, by fax or phone.
- A US Post Office branch is located in our store. We are the experts in preparing mail to qualify for major discounts. We provide design, print and mail services in-house.
We also have established relationships with distributors and wholesalers that enable us to provide products such as computer forms, mailing lists, invitations, rubber stamps and similar items needed by our customers.
We keep our technical and customer service skills sharp by participating in training given by CPrint University™, as well as staff training by the United States Postal Service, our equipment vendors and software companies. Based on our qualifications, we are an authorized Adobe Solutions Network Provider and certified by CPrint®.
We are a affiliate of CPrint® (Certified Printers International™), an organization of printers nationwide who have earned certification by achieving peak performance in customer service and printing company management.
